If you are looking for something UNIQUE!

Large open-plan cottage situated in a quiet residential area on a dead-end street. It has a heated and excavated garage. Well-located with a spacious piece of land and without neighbors at the back. The patio is oriented north west, with a spa and a lots of flowers.

You will not find any other similar house on the market. It is a true open concept. Upstairs you have the master bedroom with walk-in closet, office and a bathroom with heated floor. There is an interior mezzanine over-looking the lounge on the ground floor. When sitting in the living room you have a sense of grandeur because the ceiling is 17 'tall! From the office, you have access to an outdoor mezzanine that goes to the back of the house for a better view of the gorgeous sunsets!

The kitchen is very functional with plenty of storage and a large lunch counter. The floor of the kitchen and dining room is in ceramic and heated. There is a spacious walk-in closet at the entrance. In the living room, there are many windows that provide a lot of light.

The basement is fully finished with 2 bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. The basement also includes a bathroom, living room and an area for a gym. However, it can be converted to a storage room or 3rd bedroom.
