There are 4 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs, a renovated bathroom and a shower as well as 2 good sized lounges. The exterior parking is double width and of an exceptional depth of approximately 72 feet allowing to park a large trailer or an RV plus several vehicles. 

The bathroom is renovated with a ceramic and glass shower and clawfoot tub. The floors are wood.

The basement is 6, 6 feet high and is an open concept, there are a cold room and an exit letting outside. The kitchen has a large cast iron sink with painted wood cabinets, the counter is porcelain. There are many windows for lots of natural light and a long gallery allowing it to install a BBQ and a sitting area.
