The boundary of the land is made with cedar hedges on both sides and fenced behind. In addition to ornamental doors which give access to the very large courtyard. The house has been largely renovated in the last few years, bedroom, floor and basement kitchen. New water heater and electrical complaint. The big investment was the replacement of all the high quality doors and windows of the house and the garage as well as the latest Venetian. The bathroom downstairs already contains a toilet. Had plans to make a bathroom downstairs. The exit from the basement gives access to the backyard. The two new bedrooms downstairs and recently made living room. The majority of the lights have been transformed into LEDs. A new double garage and garage for the galleries are included and very appreciated in winter. In addition there is an additional parking with garage already installed. The camera system will remain included at home as well as the alarm system.
