Divided co-ownership located on the 1st level (corner unit) built in 1988 with a brick cladding, a PVC fenestration and polymer membrane roof. The condo gives access to a generous fenestration on 3 fronts (South, West and North). Interior finishes include wood and ceramic flooring. The kitchen cabinets are oak and the heating is electric. There is a heated indoor parking as well as the possibility of renting other places outside. There is a locker at the same level as parking and a second in the condo.

The terrace is the largest of the building and gives an extraordinary view in the west direction from the bridges and east to the bay of Beauport without forgetting the direct view on Chateau Frontenac.

The bike path is at the foot of the building and is accessible in summer and winter.
