Condo unique ! Very low condo fees under $100.00 pension fund in good health,  Spacious condo on two floors built in 2011, no neighbors back bounded by a small river and a beautiful backyard. Ideal for family, the condo offers 5 bebrooms , 2 bathrooms with ceramic shower and heated floor, in one of them a large bath.

Two living rooms, 1 floors including a fireplace propane. Large windows allowing sunlight throughout the day.

The condo also has an air conditioner.

Kitchen and dining room welcoming and very functional with it's large walk in with a second fridge. The master bedroom,  also equipped with walk in.

All the ducts of the exchange air and dryer were cleaned in Dec. 2017

 2 spaces of parking and a shed. Close to all services, less than three minutes to the stores. Possibility to install a winter garage.
