This unit includes a heated indoor parking, a heated indoor parking for motorcycles (or ATV) and an outdoor parking for auto.

Presence of an elevator in the building. Drop waste and drop recycling on each floor. A car wash is also accessible in the garage. Secure access with intercom at the entrance and excellent soundproofing units. Novoclimat certified building and new housing guaranteed until 2017.

Storage room in the unit (large enough to be used as an office) and more storage space (locker) in the basement and a small space in front of the parking garage. And central air conditioning wall and a central vacuum are already installed in the unit.

The barbecues are allowed on balconies and an animal twenty pounds (20lbs) or less per unit is allowed. Sprinklers are installed in each room.
