House 2 floors in Lévis, 8 rooms plus a basement 6 'finished 3/4 open area and a storage room. Large bathroom upstairs and two bathrooms on the other levels. Two bedrooms upstairs, large walk-in in the master bedroom, possibility of a third bedroom on the ground floor and/or the basement. Non-smoking house.

The doors and windows as well as the outer walls insulation and Maibec coating, durable quality, galleries and patio treated brown wood. There are still some renovations to complete, floor and kitchen counters are to be done and plaster in a few places.

Outside: Patio 21 x 14 in brown treated wood with French door to access. Shed 10 x 12 with electricity double door and a regular. Not a lot of ground but not a lot of lawn mower either ;-) A rear exit upstairs, two on the ground floor and one in the basement.
