Warm house located in a sought after area. Ideal orientation for maximum brightness. Privacy provided by a plot bordered by a cedar hedge and a double patio with pergola. Asphalt entrance and landscaped land. All doors and windows changed.

Lots of storage with double wardrobes as well as a cedar wardrobe. Large storage room with shelves and a workbench. Very large family room. In the kitchen large island (plenty of storage) with electrical outlet, very gathering. Lots of kitchen cabinets lined with a molding giving a beautiful cachet.

Shed and storage under the patio. CBI winter gantry (custom made) included. Anchors in the entrance to receive the winter garage (inclusion to be discussed).

2020 - Patio sandblasted and restained, bathroom painting ground floor

2019 - Wall mounted heat pump (10-year warranty), painting of the large family room, repair of the foundation drain
