Pretty ancestral house in a quiet area, free immediately, 10 minutes from bridges and 15 minutes walk from the river with an accessible beach.

Very close to a sports park, gym, two primary schools, a nursery, a convenience store and several local producers both for meat and fruit and vegetables.
