A rare house with mezzanine overlooking main floor that provides openness and space.

Situated in the corner lot at the end of a long street, this property provides distance and ample separation from the neighbours. The left side of the property is bordered with a fence, while the back of the property is an open terrain with trees that make their way up the mountain. People who love big open spaces will be pleased as this enormous backyard space offers a multitude of possibilities. Whether you choose to build a garage, add a pool, a soccer field, a basketball court, ice skating rink or garden, the possibilities are endless. The Domaine Victorain neighbourhood is ideal for raising children because there is very little traffic and lots of young families. In addition the neighborhood has access to numerous mountain trails.

This house was built with the highest standards and optimized use of natural light. The living spaces are South-facing, while the garage and bathrooms face the North. The windows over the mezzanine offer incomparable light in all spaces and this provides lots of energy and heat during cold winter months.
