Superb 2-storey cottage property very bright with large rooms, very well divided, and lots of storage.

Quiet and peaceful area with quick access to bridges (5 minutes), a park (2 minutes on foot), schools, shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and pharmacies.

You can get to the indoor garage through the basement as well as through a side door. There are also 3 parking spaces available outside.
