Owners’ comments

In the sought after area of Les Boisés in Saint-Rédempteur. Extremely quiet street, without traffic and close to all services. Easy and quick access to the highway. Close to schools, and parks. A few blocks from the bike path. No rear neighbors. The cross-country ski trails passes directly in the woods behind the house. Very pleasant and quiet neighborhood.

Roof covering of the house and the shed redone in August 2020 (more than 12K). The kitchen was completely redone in 2015 with its countertop and quartz island. The water heater was also replaced in 2015.

The house is bright and takes advantage of abundant windows to the west, where the sun is omnipresent and the view of the woods is soothing.

The large open area on the 1st floor can easily be converted into one or two additional bedrooms and / or office, if required. The initial plan of the house was for 3 bedrooms upstairs. Same possibility for additional bedrooms in the basement.

The garage will satisfy the desires of the most demanding DIY enthusiasts, athletes or artists. The covered walls, the brightness, the heating system and the floor completely treated with industrial-grade epoxy ensure easy maintenance and the most pleasant environment to work on your projects.
