Beautiful town house (3rd unit from the left), distributed on 3 floors, only 5 minutes away from the bridges, Costco, Walmart and the Megacentre Rive-Sud, located in a calm and familiar neighbourhood.

  • First floor: Living room with a large closet next to the entrance for coats and shoes. Dining room with a nice view through the patio door. Spacious kitchen in great condition with several cabinets and a large pantry.

 

  • Second floor: Master bedroom big enough to have a queen bed and a small desk, with a big closet and 2 windows. Bathroom with separated shower and bath tub. Second bedroom with a spacious closet as well. 

 

  • Basement: Completely finished. There is a large family room with a storage closet, a second bathroom with shower and washer-dryer hookup. Third bedroom with a big closet and additional storage space under the stairs (water tank in this space was replaced in 2018).
