DuProprio Clients Take Lie Detector Test

Montréal, January 13, 2021 – DuProprio, the leader in commission-free property sales in Quebec, launched its new ad campaign on January 4, 2021. In this campaign, actual DuProprio clients are submitted to a polygraph to check if they are being truthful about their level of satisfaction with the DuProprio experience.

“Client satisfaction has always been our top priority, and once people try our services, nearly all are sold on them,” said Frédéric Auger, Main Director at DuProprio. “We wanted to use the lie detector concept to show the truthfulness and sincerity of our clients’ satisfaction and recognition.”

“By starring a wide variety of clients shown answering questions many people have about our services, we want Quebeckers to know that, with DuProprio’s help, anyone can have a successful sale while saving on the commission,” he added.

Concept envisioned and realized by Rethink

For a consecutive second year, DuProprio partnered with Rethink to design and develop its ad campaign.

Mélanie Châteauneuf, Account Director at Rethink, said, “Our strategy was to use testimonials from actual clients, because they are the best ambassadors for the brand. DuProprio is lucky to have clients who are sold on its services, much to its credit.”

Scheduled to be rolled out throughout the year, the campaign includes six TV ads, radio ads, short videos to be posted online (6 seconds and 15 seconds), plus signage.
