I am looking for a non-smoking roommate to share a superb and large condo in Joliette, a 10-minute walk from the trails of Riverain Park and Vessot Island which runs along the magnificent Assomption River.
It is a large 4 ½ in a triplex, on the 3rd floor, with a large living room, kitchen and dining room in an open area with abundant windows and access to a large balcony.
The proposed room is large (13 x 12 ft), very bright and includes a large closet. The condo is completely furnished except for the bed and bedding that I can provide if needed.
The bathroom is modern with separate bath and shower.
The asking price is $750 per month and includes heating (heated floor), electricity, internet and Fibe TV connection as well as outdoor parking.
If you like the arts, dance, music, healthy food, take care of the environment, yourself and the people around you, you will be on familiar ground. And if, too, you like to garden, there is a garden project that is being considered in the courtyard shared with the owners of the lower floors.

Il s'agit d'un grand 4 ½ dans un triplex, au 3e étage, avec un grand salon, une cuisine et salle à manger dans une aire ouverte avec fenestration abondante et accès à un grand balcon.
La chambre proposée est grande (13 x 12 pi), très lumineuse et inclut un grand garde-robe. Le condo est complètement meublé sauf le lit et la literie que je pourrai fournir au besoin.
La salle de bain est moderne avec bain et douche séparés.
Le prix demandé est de 750$ par mois et inclut le chauffage (plancher chauffant), l'électricité, la connexion à internet et à la télé Fibe ainsi qu'un stationnement extérieur.
Si tu aimes les arts, la danse, la musique, la bouffe santé, prendre soin de l'environnement, de toi et des personnes qui t'entourent, tu seras en terrain connu. Et si, aussi, tu aimes jardiner, il y a un projet de jardin qui est envisagé dans la cour partagée avec les propriétaires des étages du bas.
