Visits on appointment only.         I rent my furnished house -non smoking (or partially furnished, according to your needs), lease of 6-12 months or more. Located in a calm, natural, forest and slightly mountainous area, while being located on the public road, it constitutes a place where it is great place to live and where you will breathe pure air! Located 10 minutes from SKI Montcalm, Cascade Park, and Dorwin Falls Park. We can also access the Pontbriand lake on a private collective beach, down the street in front of the house. The land is easily maintainable (lawn mower included), since it is not huge, while being very appreciable and allowing to enjoy relaxing moments, lying down in a deck chair, on the terrace or near the fireplace behind the house. There is a 24 feet pool to start and use in the summer

On the ground floor, my house offers a large open space (living room, dining room and kitchen), as well as a very large bathroom with a large bath and a large tiled shower (washer and dryer are located there). On the ground floor there is also a large bedroom (about 12'x12 ')

On the first floor upstairs, there is a huge room (which is like a small loft... 12x18), equipped with a window and an air conditioner for the hottest days of summer.

In the basement, there is another large bedroom, a bathroom (toilet + sink), and a living room equipped with a pellet stove (in the total cost of electricity per year, I included $ 400 of wood pellets in order to be more comfortable in the house, it's better to heat this stove between november and march)

There is storage space in the outdoor cabanas and part of the large living room can also be used to store some things.
