Very warm housing on the shores of Lake René, Prévost. Exceptional site, large semi-wooded yard.     Completely renovated house.
Abundant windows with large views of the lake. A true haven of peace. Indoor fireplace,
BBQ and outdoor fireplace. 2 large bedrooms, a King bed for the main one and a single
bunk bed on double, with an added sliding single bed. A large bathroom with shower
and bathtub. Large walk-in hall entrance to store your luggage. The kitchen is fully

SPRING-SUMMER: House located by the lake with beautiful water for swimming. 2 kayaks are provided, dock on the water with accessories to better enjoy the lake.  Hiking trails in the forest near the house. We are located 5 minutes from beautiful Kelly Park in Piedmont. Quick access (5 min) to the bike path of the Rivière du Nord park.  Near several hiking centers and the water park Les Sommets.

Important notes: Excellent drinking water, strict non-smoking house. Pets are welcome (a small supplement of $100 for complete disinfection upon departure).

  •  Full bedding, bed linen and blankets, bath towels.
  •  Services: Electricity, lawn mowing, snow removal of the driveway, snow removal of the roof, landscaping, leaf collection in the fall, emptying of the septic tank.
  • The equivalent of a cord of wood will be offered during the winter for the indoor and outdoor fireplace.
  • 2 kayaks and life jackets.
  • Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, soaps and some spices, salt, pepper are offered to compensate for the first days of rental.

Any damage done to the cottage and furniture that is out of ordinary use will be paid by the tenant. A deposit of $500 is required at the beginning of the stay.


Payment Policy: Payments can be made by bank transfer/Interac, e-Transfer or cash.

Deposit Policy: To book your accommodation, we require a deposit of 30% at the time of booking and balance payment 10 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

1.       For a reservation cancelled 30 days or more before arrival, the fee charged is refundable. An administrative fee of $200.00 will be retained.

2.       For a cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival, a refund of 50% of the monthly rate will be allocated or a credit applicable on a future reservation will be given to you, deducted from the administrative fee of $200.

3.       For cancellation 14 days or less before arrival, the first month of rental will be charged.

Note: In the event of a major event forcing the Lessor to close the cottage for rental, all rental costs will be reimbursed for the unused period provided for in this lease, in proportion to the monthly cost. (Ex: health obligation of the government, etc.) 

For cancellations 29 to 15 days before arrival, a 50%* refund of the monthly rate will be granted or a credit applicable on a future reservation will be given to you, deducted from the $200 administrative fee.

For cancellation 14 days or less before arrival, the first month of rental will be charged.  

Age Policy for Rental: The landlord requires that the minimum age to book be 25 years old.

Check-in and check-out times: The times are as follows;

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. / Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

Maximum number of guests: The property can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests including children, unless otherwise approved by the administration or the owner (the base rate is for 4 people or less). Failure to comply with this regulation will result in fees or even the total loss of your security deposit. We also reserve the right to refuse or interrupt the stay of a guest who does not comply with this policy without monetary approval or compensation. The tenant is required at all times to notify the administration of any change in the number of guests.

Pets allowed:

We love pets but it will be mandatory that you pick up feces and keep the premises clean and in good condition.  Otherwise, an excess fee of $200 will be deducted from the security deposit.
