Nice condo on the 2nd floor with a garden view, 2 bedrooms, open space, kitchen, open counter, bath, separate bathroom, very bright, and outdoor parking included.
All appliances and utilities included: washer, dryer, fridge, stove, and A/C. The rent also covers electricity, heating, hot water, and a storage space in the building.
Walking distance to metro and Concorde train station, shopping center (Centre Laval), 10 min drive to Carrefour Laval, next to the highway.
