Very spacious & splendid 2-bedroom condo, which is located in the heart of Brossard (1,057 sq. ft. area), a few steps from the DIX30. Very close to the new REM train line and provides easy access to the highway.

Condo layout - open dining room to large living room, kitchen with lots of storage & beautiful ceramic floors. We find 2 bedrooms at the end of the hallway. A very spacious bathroom with a separate shower and with enormous Bathtub. Separate washer/dryer room with storage.

Inclusions - electrical fixtures, curtain blinds, air exchanger, dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, water heater, central vacuum, washer, and dryer.
