Beautiful detached two-story house newly renovated on the south shore of Montreal. It has 4 bedrooms on the second floor, one and a half bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, a large family room (in the basement), and parking space for 3 cars (2 under the carport). The backyard has an entry for natural gas BBQ (no need to fill it up) and a park is right behind with lots of trees. Buses 33, 41, 43, and 44 passes right in front, almost like having a private driver! It is walkable to Panama station (REM), daycare, schools, municipal pool and Place Portobello. Non-smoker, no pet allowed, no AirBnB allowed, cannot use the fireplace. Electricity, heating (natural gas furnace), Lawn maintenance and snow removal are not included. Applicant must supply payroll, credit report, letter of recommendation of the landlord, and proof of insurance. Detailed leasing rules will be supplied before signing the lease.
