For sports enthusiasts, you only have to cross the street to access Michel-Chartrand Park (walking, running, cycling, cross-country skiing, etc.) and you are 2 steps from the Parcours du Cerf golf course.

 

Looking for a pied-à-terre? The very frequent bus takes you to the Longueuil metro in 20 minutes.

 

You don't want to move a lot of furniture, or you don't want to buy any? The condo is semi-furnished and there is the possibility of providing it completely furnished. For now, all you need is your bed and a sofa.

 

Included is a kitchen table, a fridge, an oven, a portable dishwasher, air conditioning and an office area.
