All rooms are luminous and the balcony give access to the very nice yard at the back. There are 2 large bedrooms and an enormous open space where you can define an office, a living room, a dining room and of course the kitchen with a central counter.

The apartment comes with 2 exterior parking with the option of a charger for electric car.
