Very spacious open concept and quiet 4 1/2 for rent. On the second floor of a very quiet building only 12 units. Very well isolated.

Large rooms with view on mature trees. The master bedroom has a very big walk-on closet, and the second room has also a big closet. Big bathroom with separated shower and double bath. The kitchen is spacious with lots of storage and a big island with bench. Lots of light and windows. There is a big balcony with lots of morning sun so its not too hot in the afternoon. Air conditioning, a washer and dryer space with folding space. Lots of storage and advantages.

Big spacious private garage for 2 cars. Elevator. 

A must see !

Water, heat, services excluded but not expensive because on the 2nd floor and well isolated.
