The basement is made of a home theater area, a bathroom with a shower, storage space and a washer/dryer room. 

The ground floor is an open space area with a solarium, a kitchen, an office area and a living room  with a fireplace.

The 2nd floor is made of 3 closed bedrooms, a reading room and a bathroom with a bath and a shower.  The master bedroom is big with a walk-in.

Very quiet and large rear yard with a in-ground pool and garden shed.
