Elegant and sunny, 3rd floor, 3 ½ + office space (one bedroom + office/den), 600 sq. ft., concrete, 9-foot ceilings. The office space is very suitable for remote work, and also large enough to be arranged as a small bedroom (sufficient space for a single bed and adjoining storage). Large bathroom with stacked washer and dryer. South-facing, full sun, bright, with rigorous concierge and housekeeping for common areas. Trash chute on the floor. Installed water leak detectors. Fire alarm with sprinklers and secure entry with electronic chip, intercom, and surveillance cameras. 2 elevators + entrance elevator for persons with reduced mobility. Many parks and green spaces in the area.
Very functional urban location - close to all services, a few minutes walk from Crémazie metro station. Next to the intersection of Boul.
