One parking spot at the back of the building is included.

There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, with the master being very large with ample closet space and the second bedroom is of a good size. There is a full bathroom with a shower and stand-alone tub plus a powder room. The kitchen has high-end finishes, including quartz counters and stainless appliances. There is an AC in the unit that cools the whole floor, plus an electric fireplace in the dining area. The laundry is also on this floor.
