I'm seeking to transfer my lease for my lovely, well-located 3 ½ (1-bed) starting July 1st, 2025. The lease runs until April 1st, 2026, with the option to renew.
Location: 1101 Rachel, right across from Parc LaFontaine. 10-min walk to Station Mont-Royal, and the 11 bus right outside will also take you right there. 3 min walk to rue Mont-Royal, shops, cafes.
Rent: $1,909, but will provide $500 at signing to spread out over year (goes down to $1868)
Features:
- Top-floor apartment with skyline views, and sights of the whole Plateau.
- Huge windows with blinds.
- Comes with all modern appliances in-unit (washer/dryer, fridge, oven, stove)
- Electricity, heating, hot water, and A/C unit all included, only wifi at tenants expense.
- Pets permitted, including dogs and cats, rare for apartments.
- Building has top-tier amenities, including indoor pool, gym, sauna, bike storage, and massive shared terrace with open BBQ and even better views.
- Great neighbours, incredibly responsive building staff, and frequent events for building tenants.
- I was not asked for a rent increase this year.
