This apartment is situated on the ground floor of a renovated classic white stone building.  Inside you will find two bedrooms, the pink room is huge and opens to the kitchen, while the blue room opens with French doors to the living room. There is a separate large living room with a large, ample and comfortable couch unit, marble top tables, and a television.  The eat-in kitchen is very large and is fully equipped and the dining room table could accommodate eight guests with the extension.  The bathroom has bath, shower and sink. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The apartment sports huge windows providing excellent light, a comfortable water radiator heating system, ceiling fans, closets, dressers and a chest. Everything is included: heat, electricity, hot water cable TV and WIFI internet.  The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated with two comfortable Queen size beds, a flat screen tv, 100% cotton linen, good cooking stuff and all right amenities.

Traditional Plateau 4.5, two closed bedrooms, all-inclusive is in the heart of whats known as Le Plateau, a few steps from Mont-Royal Avenue where you have access to everything you might need.  You will find all possible stores, specialized shops and services necessary to daily life, without needing a car. Mont-Royal Métro station is a 10-minute walk or bus ride away; the 97 and 45 bus stops are at the corner while numerous bus lines are nearby such as the 24 or the 27; the BIXI bike rental station is at the corner, our street is a bike path and the bike rack is in front of the house six months out of the year. Well store your bike for the winter; parking on the street is very easy with the annual resident pass available, Jacques-Cartier bridge is 5-minutes away, while the Ville Marie autoroute heading downtown is double that.  If you're a bit athletic, riding a bike thru the parks, up the mountain or over the bridge to St-Helene Island is a dream. Easy access to Parc Jean-Drapeau, the Mount Royal, Old Montreal.
