The building is clean and well located. The only reason I am transfering the lease is because I am moving to another city.
It is 5 minutes walk to Sherbrooke metro, 2 minutes walk to Bus line 24. Walking distance to parc La Fontaine and Super C and Saint Denis restaurants and bars.
Some of the furniture and internet might be available too. The price includes the hydro.
The current lease ends first of August 2021 and it's renewable.
The apartment is available from beginning of November.
