One of them has a walk in closet in the master bedroom that is 14 feet high with storage. The bedrooms include two brand new mattresses ( very confortable) double size bed and queen size bed. Open space concept for the kitchen, dinning room and living room.

The apartment had major renovations in the past year from a to z plumbing, balconies, kitchen, bathroom, walls, floors, ceiling, electricity, central air conditioning . Renovations were completed at the end of fall 2015.

2 minutes from bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants etc. The apartment is close to Mc Gill campus and steps away from bus line and 3 minutes walk from metro sherbrooke.

All you have to do is move in with your suitcase and you are ready to enjoy this wonderful apartment.
