Pleasant and very peaceful neighborhood located in a dead end (see Google Maps), 3 minutes from Highway 40, 2 minutes by bike from a forest, 4 minutes from a free incentive parking which next to a train station, 2 minutes by bike from a playground, 3 minutes walk from a convenience store, 5 minutes drive from a shopping center (Walmart, Maxi, Canadian tiers, Super C, Dollarama, Banks etc. )

Wall mounted air conditioning, mobile dehumidifier, heating with thermostat in each room, renovated gray barn wood floor, very good windows.

Closed bedroom with wall cabinet, high-end kitchen equipped with stove and fridge-freezer, dining room open to the living room, closed storage room with drawers and shelves, outdoor area with gas barbecue and can be used for storage.
