Close to all amenities, Fairview shopping mall, Costco, future REM station, train station, bus stop, library, swimming pool, schools, daycares, supermarkets, hospital, clinics, etc.  The house is very functional.  It has 4 bedrooms which are all of good size, 3 on the second floor and 1 in the basement; 2 bathrooms on the second floor and 1 powder room on the ground floor; a garage and a four-car driveway; a nice garden with a beautiful patio, etc.   The basement is finished, with a big family room, a bedroom, and a lot of storage space.  Many major improvements have been made over the years, especially last year and this year, including the roof, floor, stairs, windows, air conditioning, etc.
