Hello! I am looking to transfer my lease immediately, which ends in July 2021. It will be possible to renew this lease, typically in February or March 2021, for the following year (July 1, 2021 to July 1, July 2022). The administration of the building will be in charge of carrying out a credit investigation in order to approve the termination of the lease. The current lease also includes parking, but with the possibility of withdrawing the parking lease upon renewal of the lease.
