Spacious condo with 2 bedrooms  (one of which is not available, we leave our personal effects there) for monthly rent (May, June, September in full) we can discuss additional months but the accommodation is not available 12 months renewable). Also available in shared accommodation to be discussed.The apartment is nice, you feel good there as soon as you enter. The condo gives access to a nicely landscaped backyard, not overlooked, a dinette area, next to the BBQ, a dining area, a games area with a pool table and a lounge area. The area is quiet and close to all services on foot or by car within 5 minutes.
The metro is less than 5 minutes walk if you want to visit downtown Montreal accessible in 15 minutes. Nearby (15 minutes walk) the Botanical Garden, the Olympic stadium, the biodome, the magnificent Maisonneuve park and all services.

Ideal for students, new Canadians, disaster victims, people renovating their homes and needing temporary accommodation, professionals relocated for a few months, academics, visitors or newcomers.
