Located on Christophe-Colomb Avenue between Rosemont Boulevard and Bellechasse Street, the apartment is in one of the most pleasant areas to live in Montreal. In less than a six-minute walk, you will be at the Rosemont metro station (orange line), Plaza Saint-Hubert or Laurier Street.  

This apartment has just been completely renovated (electricity, plumbing, new kitchen, bathroom demolished and rebuilt, windows changed, floor redone, painted, etc.). A wall-mounted air conditioner has been installed, which is very rare in a 1910 dwelling. Appliances: laundry room, stove, refrigerator are new and included in the rental.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a typical Montreal 5X.  When you enter, you will find the bedroom on your right. It is a closed double room (hence the name 4 1/2 in Montreal), which allows for an office or relaxation area and an adjoining bedroom. In the center of the unit is the living room. Windows overlook a skylight. The windows have also just been changed. The bathroom is located just before the kitchen. There is a Roman ceramic shower. The kitchen at the back includes appliances and laundry room. The kitchen is small but has been organized to be very functional. There is a small table only.

At the back is the balcony that you can arrange as you wish. The back of the building is very quiet. The tenants of this building are all very respectful and calm. This apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple.
