Our beautiful and large detached and single-family house is for rent. Fully furnished, fully equipped and all included :-). Very bright with its windows on 4 sides you will find 4 bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom), 1 office, a laundry room, 2 bathrooms + 1 shower room, a pantry, a large open room living room, dining room, kitchen of 600 square feet. Outside there is a wooden terrace, a heated swimming pool, a ping pong table, and a pétanque court. Also, private parking is available, and you can leave our vehicle (Nissan Rogue 5 seats) with you. All this in the heart of Rosemont, a few minutes walk from Maisonneuve Park, the garden city, a subsidized private daycare (1,2,3 my first steps), the best public primary school (Notre Dame du Foyer), and not far from the famous Jean-Eudes private college. You will find on the corner of the street, a pharmacy, a convenience store, and a corner further on a large grocery store (IGA). There is also line 136 which takes you to the Viau metro station (green line) in 8 minutes. The house is for rent for 1 person minimum from July 1, 2025.
