Close to schools, pharmacies, and supermarkets, 5 minutes by car you have a Walmart and gyms. 

Very quiet, clean, and organized building. 

Parking is included in the price (INDOOR), don't deal with the snow during winter! 

It has one A/C unit very well installed for summer and a heater in each room for winter.

Concrete construction is very solid and well done. 

The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  -bedrooms are one in front of the other- (you have privacy).
