Large 1 bedroom 1 bathroom (750 square feet) condo with nearly floor-to-ceiling south-facing windows and a wide street (very sunny condo, minimal shade from other buildings). Near Sainte-Catherine Street, St Denis, and the Plateau/Mount Royal shopping district. Short 15-20 minute bike ride (one-way) in the summer to a lake if you're in good athletic shape. Growing up in Vermont with high standards for clean water, it's surprisingly clear and safe for swimming.

Beautiful brick building and very good management of the condominium. Occasional snow removal included by Syndicate for 3 front step usually after larger snow storms.
