EXECUTIVE SUITE, 30TH FLOOR- TOUR DES CANADIENS II

Special attentions were given to every inch in designing and decorating this suite to provide luxury, comfort, home feeling for up to two adults.

Windows (floor to ceiling) are covered with Cellular Shades, motor operated. Adjacent wall to the window is covered from floor to ceiling with a mirror to reflect the amazing river view.

It is furnished with:
-a queen size bed dressed in comfort and luxury;

-50 inches, 2019 smart Samsung TV is wall installed on special TV mounting track to be able to cover 360 degrees;

-mid-century love seat to provide large and comfortable seating for two adults. It adds homey feeling to your suit;

-massive wood elegant dining round table covered with 6 mm circular glass, added to its beauty are two luxury comfortable chairs. A matching decorative light is coming from the ceiling to the dining table to add pleasure and romance.

-the wall adjacent to the main door is covered with a decorative wallpaper to add the warmth to the suite and in the front of this wall there is a fancy stand to offer microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and water boiler as well as a toaster.

The suite comes with a full kitchen, including Fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dish washer, enough cupboards and storage space. As well as washer and dryer. There are central, AC and ventilation system. Naturally all what you need of utensils, dishes, pans, pots etc. are included.

Closet is providing 3 sections, one section equipped with 6 drawers and two storage pins. Second section is two level hanging cloths and third section for hanging coats and space for shoes and boots.

All beddings, towels are provided.

The locker is dressed to store all sports equipment, including skis, skates as well as luggage, tires and to store winter or summer cloths to add extra space. Rent: $ included
