Location: 260 m from Ogilvy, 366 m Bell Centre, 549 m from Eaton Center, 500 m from Concordia, 550 m from McGill. You can't get more downtown than this.

Building: Building is brand new and our unit was just delivered in April. Condo includes two floors of Gym and a rooftop pool.

Previous tenants were Montreal Alouette football players, as the football season is over, we are now looking for long-term tenants who have exceptional taste of living.

We have a total of 5 units in this building, 4 on 9th floor, one on 6th floor. The building is brand new, and was delivered in April.

All our units have private balcony. We paid a large sum for kitchen upgrades and all kitchen appliances are from Fulgor Milano and Blomberg. Washers and dryers are included with your own laundry room. We include some minimalistic furnitures and a large 55 inch smart TV for each unit.
