This nice 3 ½ condo is very bright, and people with a urban lifestyle will love it: living room, dining room, kitchen (including fridge / freezer, built-in oven, glass ceramic cooktop), bedroom, bathroom (with bath) and plenty of storage space. For hot summers or cool winters there is a wall heat pump (air conditioning & heating)- and electric baseboard heaters in each room.

The apartment got its own alarm system. The building has a common laundry room in the basement (washer + dryer available for free). The apartment also has a large private storage in the basement, of about 70pc.
