Ideal for those who need space for work. Bright and quiet.

7-unit building, quiet and respectful condominium. All services, schools, daycares and neighbourhood grocery stores are close by. 3 minutes walk from the Saint Michel metro station, in front of the Francois Perrault park, library, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court.  

Parking with a parking sticker on the street.

No animals.

Smoke-free zone in the condo, no legal or illegal drug use in the condo. No cannabis cultivation.
