This apartments are perfectly located in Aylmer in front of bus stops, gas station, supermarket, and pharmacy. The Aylmer Marina's beach is just 3.7 KM away, the Parliament of Ottawa at just 14 KM. Parks, Elementary school and high school are in the neighbourhood.

This condo is facing west, so it is always bright! Not to mention amazing big panoramic windows and big a balcony!

The bathroom has a nice double glass shower, separate from the bathtub. And there are two sinks in the bathroom!

There is cement in between the floors for best sound proofing, quartz countertops in kitchen. No carpet!! - Control the level of humidity of the condo with a built-in humidifier included in the central air exchanger of the apartment.
