This is a semi-detached two-storey located in the very popular and trendy Du Plateau neighborhood. You will have access to the ground floor and 2nd floor (see photos for housing plan).

The housing has approximately 1400 square feet. The bathroom on the second floor is equiped with a bath / shower and a washer / dryer space next to each other.
