The unit is located on the ground floor of a charming heritage style home. The entrance to the unit is private and secure. The unit has a large private terrace with a picnic table and flower beds. The space is quiet, completely renovated while honouring its 19th-century architecture. The ceiling was soundproofed last spring. Noise is limited.

Reason for lease transfer: I moved from Ottawa to Quebec City as a teleworker. My return to Ottawa is planned for the spring of 2022. Otherwise, I would never consider parting with this little gem!
