Semi-detached in condo formula, beautiful light, sunny. Beautiful peaceful family neighborhood 5 minutes from shopping centers. With children's park and access to the tennis court (reserved for people from the small neighborhood), cul-de-sac. At the bottom of the golf course, discounts to locals for rounds of golf. Good, helpful, and respectful neighbors. Very well soundproofed concrete party wall.
Renovations carried out;
Addition of a fence to enclose the entire lot, landscaping including a cedar hedge, trees, perennials, mulch, peat lawn, block for a flower bed.
Shed in stained cedar, 3' x 7' free-standing garden included, concrete slab for spa and breaker installed under the patio and in the electrical panel.
Patio and terrace in stained red cedar, storage under the patio, as well as a large space in decorative paving stones.
Central vacuum 2012.Repair of the air exchanger (replacement of the fan motor and exterior intakes) in 2017.
Kitchen hood, kitchen tap (2012). Ceramic floors changed in the kitchen, the entrance, and the stair landing in 2018.
Shower room completely renovated in 2018, except for the toilet, changed in 2014.
Dining room and living room floor restored (sandblasted and varnished) in 2018

Chandeliers and fan on the first floor, powder room, and family room (downlights and chandeliers) have been changed. Exterior wall lights changed.
The asphalt in the parking lot was repainted in 2018.
