Charming warm house with current tastes.

Very well maintained over time with quality materials. Cathedral ceiling and openings allowing the sun to offer its rays all day long.

Quiet corner in a cul-de-sac despite its proximity to the city. Note then we're nearest CFB Bagotville.

Beautiful large wooded and landscaped lot whose rear neighbors are distant. The woodland separates you from Rang Saint-Pierre, cedar fence sections and lilacs delimit the land with the neighbors. A PVC fence keeps your back privacy in connection with the entrance.

Large terrace which includes spa on concrete slab, its shelter and 2 roller blinds for easy use 4 seasons. On this back part of the residence, a large surface of decorative tiles has been installed for access to the shed. There is also a beautiful large flower bed. Two patios PVC sections are linked to the glass roof and a future swimming pool if you wish, the site is already ready.
