The location is a great place for horse lovers or others. The path of quad not far from the property, gives the taste to go for a hike. The environment is calm and peaceful and what about sunsets, a dream place. Just at the back of the property, you have access to small trails for hiking and winter snowshoeing.

The house looks great with its canexel exterior cladding, triple glazed windows, and front gallery design.

The insulation is made of urethane outside the walls and cellulose inside the walls. The kitchen has just been renovated and the master bedroom. In total, the house has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, and a laundry room.
