Very recent four season holiday residence at the water's edge. The house has 10 rooms and a large balcony offering a panoramic view. Floating wharf in deep water allowing the accosting of sailboats and other boats.
The wharf is protected against the waves and winds of the lake Saint Jean, which is accessible by the water in less than five minutes.
Immense wooded ground. Fishing the gilt and the pike on the wharf and landlocked salmon (ouananiche) on the lake. Nearby: snowmobile path * 367, Véloroute des bleuets, paths of cross-country skiing, public beaches, National park of Pointe-Taillon and Regional park of Grandes-Rivières.
