Owners’ comments
Warm and bright house with detached garage, located in the heritage area of Arvida. A few steps from the Sentiers du Saguenay.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them on the ground floor, which is not very common in houses built in 1926. The very large kitchen, with heated ceramic floor, island with granite countertop ideal for happy hours (when authorized!) and offering lots of storage space.
The basement is bright with beautiful large windows, fully finished where there is a living room with an oil fireplace as an auxiliary heating source, a bedroom, and a very large laundry room/workshop. Lots of renovations and very well maintained over the past 12 years (bathroom, hardwood staircase, electricity, plumbing, roofing, addition of a garage).
The 16' x 24' garage is insulated and heated, with quality interior finishes and habitable roof trusses which offers ample storage in the attic. What about access to running water and the toilet in the garage! A must!!
